Business game for teachers “Best of all” (on the speech development of students)

Target:

  • to attract teachers into the profession of “preschool teacher” ; - create favorable conditions for conducting a business game
  • reveal the role of the educator in the system of professional training of a modern teacher
  • introduce the role of the educator into the system of pedagogical knowledge, show its importance in building the educational process
  • influence the professional development of a teacher
  • create a favorable psychological climate in the team.

Form of implementation: “Business game” in two teams.

Progress of the game

Host: It’s good when the game starts in the morning! Laughter, fun, running around when the kids play. You will envy the kids: both girls and boys. Adults want to play, but moderation must be observed. But today is a special day, we have gathered for a reason. For adults and adults alike, the game begins!

Leading. To evaluate the teams, a jury must be invited. In order not to lose count and count all the points, we need to choose a counting commission. Well, let's begin! (Jury selection)

  1. Game “Warm-up” (we divide into two teams, come up with the name of our team, choose a team captain and come up with a motto.)
  2. Game “Chamomile” “What does a child learn in the game?” (distribute daisy petals and markers to everyone, after completing the task, place the daisies on the carpet and read out what knowledge, skills and abilities the child gains during the game).
  3. Game "Yes, no" . Participants quickly answer the facilitator’s questions “Yes” or “No”

Presenter: A fairy tale is a powerful tool for the speech, cognitive, artistic and aesthetic development of a child. The fairy tale helps children understand what good and evil, courage and cowardice, mercy and cruelty, perseverance and cowardice are. Children easily recognize fairy tales by characters, passages, and illustrations.

The task will be more difficult for you. One team needs to show a dramatization of some fairy tale using non-verbal means of communication (gestures, pantomime, facial expressions); the other needs to guess its name. Then the teams change places. Such tasks develop children's creativity and imagination. Children become more free and liberated.

10. Game “Proverbs and Sayings”

Presenter: In the speech development of children, a large place is given to proverbs and sayings. They contain enormous moral and aesthetic potential.
