The use of health-saving technologies in the process of GCD
The use of health-saving technologies in the process of GCD
Relevance
“People need to realize that a healthy lifestyle is
it’s everyone’s personal success.”
V.V.Putin
Preschool age is a decisive stage in the formation of the foundation of a child’s mental and physical health.
“Taking care of health is the most important job of a teacher.
Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, solid knowledge, and self-confidence depend on the vital activity and vigor of children...” -V. A. Sukhomlinsky.
During this period, there is intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. The steady trend of deterioration in the health of preschool children and an increase in the number of children with mental and speech development disorders that has emerged in recent years dictates the need to search for mechanisms to change this situation.
The main task of a kindergarten is to prepare a child for an independent life, giving him the necessary skills, skills, and developing certain habits.
Today, preschool institutions pay great attention to health-saving technologies, which are aimed at solving the most important task of preschool education - to preserve, support and enrich the health of children. The topic of children's health at the present stage is considered not only relevant, but universal.
Children's health, its protection and enrichment is a priority not only for educational and medical institutions, but also for the entire society as a whole, since only healthy children are able to properly engage in various types of activities, learn, and develop. Only good health contributes to the formation of a harmoniously developed personality.
Target:
To create conditions for ensuring and maintaining the health of preschool children, in order to increase the motor activity and mental performance of children in educational activities.
Tasks
:
— Accumulate and enrich in children the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for a healthy lifestyle, through the introduction of health-saving technologies into the educational process.
- Teach how to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life
— Organize a constructive partnership between the family, the teaching staff and the children themselves in strengthening their health.
Conditions necessary to ensure successful work in innovative activities:
• study of scientific and methodological literature;
• increasing professional skills on this issue;
• creation of the necessary health-preserving space;
• cooperation with medical personnel to conduct monitoring studies;
• creating an atmosphere of common interests of the preschool educational institution and the family in introducing elements of V. F. Bazarny’s technology
The problem of health and its preservation in modern society is more than acute. The phrases “health-saving technologies” and “formation of a healthy lifestyle” have taken a strong place in conversations with parents and children, in the plans of educational work of teachers. But the problem still remains relevant.
According to official statistics, the most common abnormalities in preschool age are scoliosis, poor posture, vision, and speech defects. According to the results of examinations a year before entering school, postural disorders and scoliosis are 3 times more common than upon admission to kindergarten, and the prevalence of speech defects and visual impairments increases by 70% and 80%, respectively.
How should you raise a child so that he understands the importance of health and knows how to treat it with care? Teachers and parents need to begin solving this problem from the earliest years of a child’s life, solving it systematically and together.
Types of health-saving technologies used in preschool educational institutions
Medical and preventive
(these are technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of children’s health under the guidance of medical personnel of preschool educational institutions in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical supplies.)
- Health-saving educational technologies
in kindergarten. (These are, first of all, technologies for educating a valeological culture or a culture of health for preschoolers.)
- Technologies for ensuring social and psychological well-being
child; (ensuring the psychological and social health of the child - preschooler)
- Health preservation and health enrichment for teachers
; (technologies aimed at developing a culture of health for kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle.)
- Physical education and health technologies
; (aimed at the physical development and strengthening of the child’s health:)
- Valueological education of parents;
(folders - moves, poster information, conversations, joint events, etc.)
- I decided to study in depth the health-saving technology of V.F. Bazarny, due to the fact that this technology does not affect the fundamental provisions of the content of pedagogical training. It concerns only the physiological and hygienic aspects of optimizing visual perception and training modes.
- In sensitive moments, traditional methods and techniques are used with the use of health-saving technology by Professor V.F. Bazarny.
- 1.2. Principles of health-saving technology by V. F. Bazarny
- Let's consider the basic principles of V. Bazarny's technology:
- Firstly, group classes are conducted in the mode of changing dynamic poses, where it is possible to change the position of the children (sitting, standing, lying, etc.).
- Secondly, during the classes, for warm-ups and exercises for muscle-body and visual coordination, as well as for the development of attention and reaction speed, visual trajectories diagrams located on the ceiling and special ophthalmic simulators “Running Lights” or ophthalmic simulators-posters are used. The exercises combine movements of the eyes, head and torso, are performed in a free standing position and are based on visual search stimuli, which carry a motivational and activating charge for the whole organism. The results of such exercises are the development of a sense of general and visual coordination and their synchronization, the development of visual-motor reactions, in particular, the speed of orientation in space, including reactions to extreme situations (such as road traffic, etc.).
- Thirdly, in order to expand visual horizons, develop creative imagination and holistic (sensory-imaginative and intellectual) perception and knowledge of the world, a specially designed “Ecological Primer” is used in classes (a picture-panel located on one of the walls of the group and depicting the infinity and a terrain saturated with natural and man-made visual stimuli, on which the plots of the lesson unfold with the help of special dummies and cards. This makes it possible to practically “bookless” learning in kindergarten, which eliminates the formation of a schizoid mental constitution in children and early loss of vision. Of course, computers at this age are absolutely excluded.
- Fourthly, the most important feature of all classes is that they are conducted in the mode of moving visual educational material, constantly searching for and completing tasks that activate children. To do this, the teacher uses movable “sensory crosses”, cards with tasks and possible answers, which can, at the will of the teacher, appear anywhere in the group and which children must find and use in their work. And also special holders that allow you to switch children’s vision from near to far and form an arbitrary self-controlled step logarithm when reading text, which contributes to the development of their speech-motor function.
- An important condition for achieving the goal is that all educational institutions working “in Bazarny’s way” regularly conduct express diagnostics of children and inform parents about their health status and the ongoing changes in those functional systems of the children’s body that react most acutely to troubles in their environment. organization of the teaching environment. This is, first of all, creative imagination, posture, visual acuity, and the neuropsychic sphere.
Having studied the literature and other information resources on the health-saving technology of V.F. Bazarny, I came to the conclusion that this technology can be used in working with children of middle preschool age.
Having carefully studied them from the original source, revised the process of training and education, made adjustments to the educational process, and developed a system for preserving and promoting health.
Experience in introducing elements of V. F. Bazarny’s health-saving technology in kindergarten.
I really want to share my experience of working on the health-saving technology of V. F. Bazarny. After all, in order to be healthy, children need to master the art of preserving and strengthening it. And this art should be given as much attention as possible in preschool age, i.e. because this is the most favorable time for developing the right habits, which, in accordance with training, will give excellent results.
The first technology – the “dynamic poses” mode, or verticalization of the pose – is the simplest. V.F. Bazarny offers two options. The first is the use of a tabletop desk, the second is where it is possible to change the position of the children. At tables - sitting, standing, on the carpet - sitting, standing, lying down. Ideally, in both the first and second cases, children stand on massage mats, wearing socks.
I use the second option, where children change their position as often as possible, thereby avoiding fatigue and fatigue. At tables - sitting, standing, on the carpet - sitting, standing, lying down. Ideal, in both the first and second cases, if the children stand on massage mats, wearing socks.
My children have become artistic, with good diction and delivered speech. They have no problems with posture, and the number of somatic diseases has decreased.
This regime has a beneficial effect on the following factors:
- maintaining physical and mental activity of the mental sphere;
- has high indicators of physical health development;
— the immune system increases;
— growth processes improve;
— coordination of all organs develops (visual-manual, bodily-coordinating, psycho-emotional);
- the degree of low head inclination decreases.
And foot massage has a healing effect on the entire body as a whole, since the foot has a projection of all organs. The general condition improves, stimulates active points and zones, improves the immune system, mobilizes the internal forces of the body, and is an excellent remedy for flat feet. Children really like to walk in socks on their massage mats, along the path of health. All this brings them great benefit and pleasure. They don’t just stand on the mats, but perform exercises of rolling from heel to toe. It's so easy, simple, accessible, effective.
Choral singing.
A mandatory and most important academic subject at Bazarny is children's choral singing, based on folk songs and classical music. Music creates a person, preserves and supports his life. Music heals not only his soul, but also his body. Singing is also a powerful balancing tool.
nervous system and psyche, prevention of diseases of the vocal apparatus and respiratory organs in children - a necessary condition for the physical and mental health of a person. I use this technique mainly in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before dinner.
The next technology is to build classes in the mode of moving objects and visual horizons. A distinctive feature of the method is that didactic material is placed at the greatest possible distance from children and the effectiveness of visual perception increases in conditions of spatial viewing.
Signal marks bring enormous variety to the development environment. The snowflakes arrived with slits, and in them were tasks and answers. The migratory birds arrived in the spring, and under them was printed the first letter of its name.
Experience has shown that activities such as teaching literacy, arithmetic operations, familiarization with the surrounding nature, artistic education, and role-playing games are effective in this mode, since children receive basic information through a visual analyzer. And a creative and thoughtful teacher will show art, ingenuity and apply these technologies in any sensitive moments.
The most important thing here is that in response to each question, children make dozens of searching movements with their eyes, head, and torso. This increases the performance of children and reduces fatigue, as well as the harmonious formation of visual perception functions and the development of sensory-motor functions. To increase the activity of children, we use verticalization of postures.
To increase the effectiveness of the educational and cognitive process, sensory-coordinating training is used, using changing visual-signal plots.
This training has a beneficial effect on the development of visual-motor reactions, speed of orientation in space, as well as the reaction to emergency situations in life. They develop visual-motor search activity, as well as visual-manual and bodily coordination. Children become vigilant, attentive, and you can no longer say about them that they cannot see beyond their nose.
In order to mitigate the adverse effects of the factor of enclosed spaces and limited spaces, I use visual coordination training with the help of supporting visual-motor trajectories.
To relieve visual fatigue in direct educational activities, it is possible to use simulators developed by V. F. Bazarnov:
1. Poster diagram of visual-motor trajectories. It shows, using special arrows, the main directions in which the gaze should move during physical education exercises; forward-backward, left-right, clockwise and counterclockwise, figure eight.
2. Training with visual cues. In various parts of the group, bright objects that attract attention are recorded - visual marks. They can be toys or colorful pictures.
3. The use of marks on glass, which allow you to train the eye muscles, contraction of the lens muscles, helps prevent myopia.
4. Great effect can be achieved when working with small plot pictures. At the same time, the task is given - to carefully examine the drawings, compare them, and find differences.
It is very important to create a favorable psychological climate for children in the team. A successful person is happy. He strives to repeat his success.
There is a wide range of methods and techniques used to assess the health-saving educational process. In this regard, I used the simplest, most accessible and cheapest methodological techniques that can be implemented in every educational institution by the employees of this institution.
The health-saving technology used has a positive impact on the health of preschool children. The general psychological climate also improves: children are not afraid of mistakes, help each other, and participate in various activities with pleasure. It is very important that in classes each child works to the best of his ability, rising to his own level within his power. The learning process takes place in an atmosphere of goodwill, respect, and trust.
The need to develop a set of measures to relieve overload, preserve and promote health and introduce health-saving technologies in education is currently an extremely urgent task. At this stage, I will not dwell on this topic, but will continue to accumulate my experience and share it with my colleagues, parents and, of course, with little pupils.
Summary of GCD on health conservation
The teacher quietly turns on the tape recorder, a message is heard:Attention! Attention! Forest radio speaking. Listen to the latest news. Doctor Aibolit flew to Africa this morning to visit sick animals. And the little bunny Ushastik ate an icicle and his throat hurt and his temperature rose. Urgent help required! Urgent help required! (siren signal)
The teacher stops the recording.
Guys, did you hear? Our friend the little bunny got sick. What do we do? How can I help him?
What a great fellow you are! We will certainly help Ushastik. I have a lot of useful things in my chest, let's choose everything you need to treat a bunny.
The teacher opens the chest and lays out the items on the table: a toy thermometer, candy, a scarf, a toy car, lemon, chewing gum, garlic, an apple, a jar of vitamins.
Please tell me why you chose this or that subject?
When children choose subjects, the teacher guides and tries not to interfere. The teacher pays special attention to fruits.
Children, I’m not a doctor, but I can say that all the items from my chest that you chose will really help Ushastik!
Who knows why I ask you to take vegetables and fruits for Ushastik?
Absolutely right - they are very tasty, healthy and beautiful! You have chosen a jar of vitamins for Ushastik, but did you know that fruits and vegetables also contain VITAMINS?
Guys, in fact, all fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, very beneficial substances for the human body. It is their supply that allows people to overcome many diseases, and also to simply not get sick!
The teacher brings a plate of fruit on “skewers” (toothpicks).
Now let's try fruits that taste so rich in vitamins, but there is one condition: you close your eyes, I hand you the fruit, and you, without opening your eyes, must name this fruit.
Great! Now we know that fruits contain vitamins. But there is another big secret, but you will find out later. And now to Ushastik!
From a snowdrift at the edge of the forest
Someone's ears peeked out,
(Children are squatting. Hands are pressed to the head, “the bunny is moving its ears”)
And he rushed, skok-skok-skok,
White little animal.
(Easy jogging, “paws” folded in front of the chest)
So he jumped quickly
Along the green paths.
(Light jumps moving forward and turning around)
The wind swirls around the birch trees,
Moves the bunny's ears.
(Perform swinging movements with your arms in front of you, gradually raising your arms up)
Wind, wind, play,
(Clap your hands)
Don't catch up with the dashing bunny!
(Run)
The teacher leads the children to the crib of the bunny Ushastik.
Here we are with the patient, hello Ushastik!
Our bunny can't speak, his throat hurts, but we will help him!
How to measure temperature?
What pills should we give him?
What did you and I take with us? (the teacher shows a jar of vitamins).
Of course, guys, oh, just while we were walking, all the vitamins woke up along the way! But we are wizards, let’s fill the jar with vitamins ourselves! You have paints, I have a jar ( the teacher offers an easel with a painted jar
). Let each of you draw with your finger a vitamin of the same color that he tried himself. Remember which fruits you guessed? And their color? Draw a few vitamins in a jar for Ushastik.
The teacher brings a “new” jar of vitamins to Ushastik
.
Help yourself and get better!
Oh (the teacher screams loudly when he tries to put Ushastik in bed). Look guys, who's hiding under our bunny's blanket? (points to a small balloon).
No, guys, this is the most terrible carrier of the disease - a microbe! Probably Ushastik ate a very dirty icicle and a microbe from the dirt penetrated into his throat. In fact, the microbe is very tiny and we cannot see it, but it is the king of microbes. He decided to attack us all with his army!
Little Bunny Ears sneezes and there are many more microbes (balls).
The teacher gives Ushastik a handkerchief and asks the bunny to close his mouth so that germs do not appear so quickly.
Children, we have an amazing vegetable with us - garlic, it will help defeat more than one army of microbes! We just need your help! While the music is playing, you must collect every single microbe in our big basket!
Well done! Now look what happens to the microbes that make us sick if you eat such a healthy vegetable as garlic!
The teacher holds a large head of garlic over the basket, with a toothpick stuck in the middle, and says the magic words:
“Crible, crable, boom!” and bursts the balloons without the children noticing.
Hurray, Ushastik, there are no more germs. But remember what you need to do to avoid getting sick. Do not remember? And the guys will tell you!
