Approximate planning of preparation for a walk, walks and return from walks as a routine moment in the senior group

Preparing for the walk

Surely you know that human activity is accompanied by the continuous release of heat into the environment. And its quantity depends on the degree of physical stress. And in order for physiological processes in the body to proceed normally, the heat generated by the body must be completely removed to the environment. Violation of the thermal balance can lead to overheating or hypothermia of the body and, as a consequence, to loss of ability to work, rapid fatigue, loss of consciousness, and the like.

Normal thermal well-being of a person occurs when the heat emission of a person is completely perceived by the environment, that is, when, as physicists say, there is a thermal balance. In this case, the temperature of the internal organs remains constant. If the body’s heat production cannot be completely transferred to the environment, then the temperature of the internal organs increases. Then you and I say that we are hot

.
And in the case when the environment perceives more heat than it is produced by a person, the body cools down. And then you and I get cold
. Therefore, when going for a walk with friends, you need to choose your clothes correctly and wisely.

It's autumn outside now. And the first autumn days are already hinting - it’s time to dress up and warm up. And when you honestly follow this advice, suddenly the sun comes out and it gets hot. No, of course, the steam doesn’t break your bones, but it doesn’t give you any comfort either.

Autumn has three characteristic weathers in store for us: warm and rainy, cold and rainy, and just cold.

Dressing too warmly is not an option. This is no less dangerous than not dressing enough: children run, jump, sweat, and then instantly freeze in the cold. So what's the best way to dress for an autumn walk?

So, let’s assume that the sun is shining outside the window, but at times it’s already drizzling, and sometimes it turns into more significant precipitation. So the main problem is not to get wet. Rubber boots are indispensable in rainy weather, however, they have one significant drawback. Although you can stomp through puddles in them as much as you like, your foot in rubber does not breathe and sweats a lot (especially when it’s warm). Therefore, under rubber boots you need to wear socks that absorb moisture well, for example, thick cotton socks.

The main autumn nuisance is not only rain, but also wind. Therefore, you need to wear a waterproof and windproof windbreaker over a light sweater or sweatshirt.

When autumn ceases to be gentle, the warmth goes away, but the rain remains, the approach to insulating clothes will have to be reconsidered. And if at the beginning of autumn the main problem is water outside, then when it gets colder it is replaced by dank dampness, creeping under clothes. Therefore, to prevent dampness from freezing you, you need to wear a tight-fitting long-sleeve T-shirt under your regular clothes. Outerwear should still be waterproof and windproof.

When it gets really cold outside, and it’s even raining, few people go out for a walk. But a dry and cold autumn day, when the thermometer mostly hovers around zero, is a great time to get some fresh air. One of the best solutions in the autumn frost is multi-layered clothing. For example, a turtleneck, a chunky knit sweater, and on top a not very warm jacket. The same applies to legs: tights and trousers warm better and interfere less than thick cotton pants or winter overalls with insulation. Firstly, a small air gap between the fabric and the skin retains heat well. And secondly, too tight things hinder movement and impair blood circulation.

Therefore, make sure that your trousers do not sit too tightly on your hips and that your sweaters do not pinch under your arms. Of course, don’t forget about the hat. It should cover the forehead, ears and back of the head.

Doctors often repeat: wrapping up is harmful, but your hands and feet should always be warm. The fact is that in the limbs there is a very developed network of tiny subcutaneous vessels - capillaries, which easily give off heat. As a result, the feet and palms freeze much faster than other parts of the body. Therefore, an important part of autumn equipment is shoes and single-layer mittens or gloves. If you are prone to frequent colds, consider a light scarf, which will come in handy in windy weather.

And finally, after above-zero temperatures and slush, frost struck. It is snowing. Beauty! In such weather you want to walk and breathe clean frosty air. And to prevent your walk from turning into a cold or hypothermia, you need to be properly equipped.

Let's start from the top. A cap

- a mandatory attribute of winter clothing. If you allow your head to become hypothermic, you won't have any problems. A hat made of wool and fur is best. This headdress will keep you warm well. But in severe frost it is worth putting a hood over it. By the way, there is a popular joke: “If you want to find a wife, choose her in the winter: if she wears a hat, it means she’s smart, but if she doesn’t, walk by.”

Always wear a scarf in winter.

Not for the sake of beauty, but for the sake of health. Firstly, it protects the throat from blowing. Secondly, it retains heat in the neck. And thirdly, they can perfectly cover your face during severe frosts. Voluminous, dense and optimal in length - this should be the ideal scarf for winter.

on hands .

It would be nice if their top layer was waterproof. In mittens, the fingers literally warm each other, so in cold weather they are preferable to gloves. The main condition: the mittens must be the right size. In tight spaces, blood flow is disrupted and your hands get cold.

Cloth

must be multi-layered.
The first layer is a soft, preferably cotton, T-shirt or T-shirt. Then a loose turtleneck or shirt. Sweater on top. There will be warm air between each layer of clothing, which will warm you up outside. Keep in mind: tight clothing does not create a warm vacuum.
If possible, purchase thermal underwear

. It gives warmth and wicks away sweat.

Under trousers and jeans

It’s also best to wear thermal underwear – following the same layering principle. But regular long johns and woolen pants will also work. For girls - leggings or leggings, thick or brushed.

Jacket or coat

should fit your figure: a cold wind will blow under too loose outerwear (for example, a flared fur coat). One of the options for warm outerwear is a down jacket - it is light and warm.

For those who like to ride down a hill or roll around in the snow, a jumpsuit is perfect. They are usually made from padding polyester or holofiber. In addition, there are now thermal overalls on sale that can keep you warm even at temperatures of minus thirty degrees (–30 oC).

Those who prefer active recreation should consider purchasing special ski suits. They are designed for active movement thanks to membrane fabric that retains heat during movement and does not allow moisture to pass through.

Girls, don't wear a short jacket in the cold!

The hips should be closed. After all, doctors warn that the genitourinary system and kidneys are the organs most sensitive to frost.

Wear warm shoes

designed specifically for winter. The question here is not only about keeping your feet warm, but also about overall safety (this is especially true for girls). The fact is that no matter how beautiful and warm women's boots with thin soles and high heels are, they are simply not adapted to the realities of winter sidewalks. Therefore, models with thick corrugated soles are for those who do not want to celebrate the New Year in traumatology.

In addition, shoes should not be close together. Buy with enough room to fit a wool sock.

When you come home from the cold, tea or warm compote is a good way to quickly warm up. The liquid normalizes body temperature and improves blood circulation. But in the cold it is better to warm up with sweet tea. Hot will give a temporary effect: blood from the extremities is redistributed to the stomach, and the arms and legs begin to freeze more. But sugar is converted into the warming energy necessary for the body.

When going for a walk in the cold season, eat more heavily before going outside to stock up on energy. Load up on meat and pasta. Chicken broth is good. It will not only warm you up quickly, but also relieve inflammation. Porridges that are perfect for breakfast are wheat, buckwheat or oatmeal, to which you can add honey or ginger. But it is better to limit dairy products and citrus fruits, as they contain acids that have a cooling effect on the body. You can treat yourself to dark chocolate more often.

And now, after a long winter, spring comes.

She always pleases us with the first warm sun. But winter frosts and cold rains with snow also make themselves felt. Therefore, undressing ahead of time means catching a cold. When choosing spring clothes for walking, you can be guided by the same criteria as when choosing autumn clothes, but only in reverse order. That is, you need to undress gradually in the spring. And, most importantly, do not rush to take off your hats in the spring - the wind may blow through your ears in the spring.

Summer

- This is a bright and hot time of year, school lessons are ending and the holidays are beginning. This is a period of active recreation for the whole family and the best time to communicate with friends.

Therefore, clothes for boys and girls should be light, made from natural fabrics, mostly light colors. The boy will need light jeans, light trousers, shorts, shirts and T-shirts. For footwear, sandals, flip-flops, sneakers or sneakers will be useful. A hat that protects from the sun is a must.

For a young lady, summer is an opportunity to create different options for going out. A couple of light dresses made of airy fabrics, a sundress, jeans and light cotton trousers, several T-shirts and T-shirts will come in handy. For footwear, we pay attention to sandals, flip-flops, ballet flats and light sneakers. And of course the headdress.

And a little more about summer. If it is very hot outside, then during the day you should not play football, volleyball and other outdoor games, or ride a bicycle. Increased physical activity in the heat will lead to overheating of the body and fatigue. Such a walk can result in dizziness, nausea, and fainting. There is another danger. Hot players will drink cold water to escape thirst and heat. And this can lead to sore throat and colds. It is best to be patient and go for a walk in the evening, when the main heat has subsided. And remember that cycling, rollerblading, and playing sports are more appropriate in cool weather.
And excess sun rays can lead to painful redness of the skin - sunburn.

Remember that the most intense ultraviolet radiation from the sun occurs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is when people typically get sunburned.

In hot weather, there is also a high probability of getting two shocks: heat and sun. The essence of these types of lesions lies in the body’s inability to adapt to high temperatures. You know that the human body gets rid of excessive heat mainly through evaporation - sweat. When the air is too hot (32 degrees and above) and also humid, it becomes difficult for the body to give off excess heat. It accumulates, leading to overheating. At the same time, metabolic processes are disrupted, causing additional stress on all organs, especially the brain. The condition that occurs with general overheating is called heat stroke.

If at the same time the sun's rays act on an uncovered head, then sunstroke occurs.

Protecting yourself from the sun's treacherous rays is very simple. When going outside, you should definitely put on a light headdress (cap, scarf or panama hat), preferably in light colors.

It happens that in the summer you return home from a walk sweaty after playing outdoor games. It is very important not to catch a cold at this moment. Therefore, upon entering the house, immediately take off your wet clothes, take a warm shower, dry your hair and change into dry clothes.

It also happens that you can barely stand on your feet from fatigue. How to regain your strength? Take a warm shower, drink a cup of tea with lemon, jam or a piece of chocolate. Fatigue will disappear as if by hand.

In conclusion, we note that daily walks to improve health should be done at any time of the year. The main thing is to ensure your comfort, without allowing yourself to freeze or get wet.
