Rules for conducting invigorating gymnastics

To prepare children for the period of wakefulness in the afternoon, it is worth following a number of recommendations developed by the experience of teachers:

  1. The air temperature in the bedroom should not be lower than +16/+18 degrees.
  2. You need to choose a set of exercises taking into account the activities you had before going to bed. For example, before lunch the kids had a story game, which means that after sleep they can pay more attention to a block with squats, jogging, and body turns.
  3. For those little ones who wake up earlier, it would be a good idea to prepare 1-2 sets of exercises, for example, the “lazy” type.

Children who wake up earlier should be occupied with exercises so that they do not wake up those who are still sleeping.

  4. Children should wear shorts and a T-shirt. If we are talking about the cold season, then pajamas. To perform exercises on the mat, you should wear shoes or socks.
  5. No coercion. If the little sun refuses to work together with everyone, then you absolutely cannot scold him. You just need to find out what caused this behavior.
  6. In the summer, a block of active exercises is recommended to be carried out outdoors.
  7. During the exercises, relaxation should be longer than tension.
  8. Instructions for implementation should be repeated more or less times depending on the emotional state of the kids.

Gymnastics after sleep in the senior group

Anya Maltseva

Gymnastics after sleep in the senior group

The role of daytime sleep in the physical and intellectual development of a preschooler is great. He simply needs rest in the middle of the day. Given the lack of free time in the daily routine of a modern preschooler attending kindergarten, it is extremely important to give gymnastics after a nap a health-improving focus.

.But how can you help your baby wake up in a good mood and actively continue the day?

Of course, do some invigorating exercises after a nap ! Invigorating gymnastics helps the child’s body wake up, improves mood, and improves muscle tone.

Systematically performed gymnastics after sleep is a good way to improve health. Children wake up to melodious, quiet music and do exercises in bed, repeating each exercise 3-4 times. There should be no sudden movements in such exercises. These are different turns, stroking the arms, legs, spreading the arms to the sides, squeezing and unclenching the hands, bending the legs at the knees. All exercises should be performed one by one “from head to toe”

.
After completing the exercises, children stand on the massage mat and perform various actions on it.
Purpose: to awaken the body, normalize the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, relieve drowsiness, lethargy; improve children's health.

Tasks :

• Increase vitality

• Improve and develop coordination of movements;

• Strengthen the musculoskeletal system;

• Cultivate the habit of a healthy lifestyle.

An approximate scheme for performing health-improving gymnastics after a daytime nap looks like this: gymnastics in bed , exercises aimed at preventing flat feet and postural disorders, breathing exercises , individual or differentiated health-improving work, water procedures, breathing exercises.

Efficiency

How does invigorating gymnastics affect children’s health :

gymnastics lifts the mood, strengthens the nervous system of children with mental disorders

• breathing exercises improve the functioning of the respiratory system, reduce the risk of respiratory diseases

• stroking massage strengthens muscle tone, improves and enhances physical development

• corrective exercises, walking on a massage path to prevent flat feet, scoliosis, and correct posture.

Create a positive emotional atmosphere, since the child’s mood can depend on how well they slept and on the emotional environment created by us (the teachers)

in
the group , and on the child’s health condition.
The functions of the teacher in organizing invigorating gymnastics after a nap include :

— provide flexible motor mode.

The temperature in the bedroom is at least 16-18 degrees C.

ensure the gradual awakening of children.

Children who have had ARVI should stop walking barefoot on the floor.

Other exercises are performed taking into account the individual well-being of children.

If a child does not want to do gymnastics, do not disturb him , tactfully find out the reason.

-Be especially attentive to the PWD. and children with NDD. We have frequent contact with the parents of such children and only after the recommendation of doctors and with the consent of the parents do we include them in these activities.

Purpose: the presented poem can be used for corrective gymnastics after sleep in a preschool educational institution, and possibly at home with children. Goal: creating a cheerful mood and a friendly atmosphere. Objectives: - eliminate some of the consequences of sleep (lethargy, drowsiness, etc.); - increase the tone of the nervous system; — strengthen the work of the main body systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine gland system and others); - cultivate interest in poetry, - develop the ability for emotional responsiveness. Already in Ancient Greece, people knew about the benefits of gymnastics. And in China and India, gymnastic exercises began to be used for medicinal purposes more than 6,000 years ago. Health-improving work with preschoolers has acquired particular relevance in recent decades - this is due to the stable trend of deterioration in the health of the entire population of Russia, including children. There are many reasons for this: social, environmental, and political factors. Gymnastics after sleep is intended to help the child’s nervous system, which is not fully formed and very vulnerable, quickly transition to a state of wakefulness. Such health-improving, tonic gymnastics is usually called corrective. Corrective gymnastics after sleep:

• eliminates drowsiness and lethargy after waking up; • improves mood and well-being; • increases mental and physical performance; • improves the functioning of the heart and lungs, supplying organs with oxygen and nutrients; • heals the entire body. It is best if the child wakes up to quiet, smooth music. Gymnastics in bed should last 2 - 3 minutes. We start doing gymnastics with the children who wake up, the rest join in as they wake up. It includes elements such as stretching, alternately raising and lowering arms and legs, elements of finger exercises, eye exercises, and elements of breathing exercises. The main rule is to avoid sudden movements that can cause muscle strain, overexcitation and, as a result, dizziness. Gymnastics after a nap is also a hardening procedure. After good gymnastics after sleep, the feeling of drowsiness, lethargy, weakness disappears, the mental and physical performance, activity, mood and well-being of the child increases, which meets the requirements of the modern Federal State Educational Standard.

The guys are waking up, it's time for us to get up. We are not couch potatoes at all, we love to play and dance. They stretched - one, two, three. They smiled - look. They raised their hands to the ceiling and waved them together. And we will turn the head Right, left, up and down. Then our legs woke up and walked along the path.

We'll go to the water, wash our eyes, rub our cheeks, finally wake up, smile cheerfully at everyone. “IS YOUR HEALTH OK? THANK YOU CHARGING..."
